Hola amigos de Hive! Les comparto mi dibujo de uno de los personajes más queridos en el mundo del anime, y esa es Tomoko Kuroki; una chica de la preparatoria que le es difícil socializar con las personas y muy fan de los videojuegos y de leer mangas. El punto aquí es que yo quise hacerle un dibujo en este año y lamentablemente el primer diseño no me quedó muy bien, y ya entenderán porque.
Hello friends of Hive! I share with you my drawing of one of the most beloved characters in the world of anime, and that is Tomoko Kuroki; a high school girl who finds it difficult to socialize with people and is a big fan of video games and reading manga. The point here is that I wanted to make her a drawing this year and unfortunately the first design didn't look very good, and you'll understand why.
Lo que están viendo aquí es el dibujo original y el ya rediseñado. Me tardé mucho para ver que errores estaba comiendo, uno de ellos fue que el rostro de la chica me quedó alargada y que el cabello no se parecía en nada al del personaje. Ha sido un rollo tener que ver y que arreglar hasta que di con esos detalles y pude atacar. De esta forma mejoré el rostro, el cabello, los hombros porque me habían quedado un poco extraños.
What you are seeing here is the original drawing and the redesigned one. It took me a long time to see what mistakes I was making, one of them was that the girl's face was elongated and the hair didn't look like the character's at all. It's been a pain to see and fix until I found those details and I could attack. In this way I improved the face, the hair, the shoulders because they were a bit strange.
Proceso / Process:
Siento que me ha sido un desafío realizar este fan art, porque sin darme cuenta estaba haciendo un dibujo en el que definitivamente era otra persona y no como el personaje. Por ende para no desperdiciar todo, tuve que redibujar el cabello y los hombros para que quedaran parejos porque el anterior estaban mal.
I feel that it has been a challenge to make this fan art, because without realizing it I was making a drawing in which I was definitely another person and not like the character. Therefore, in order not to waste everything, I had to redraw the hair and shoulders to make them even because the previous one was wrong.
También tuve que volver a dibujarle la boca hacía la dirección que apunta el rostro, que diera ese efecto que estuviese bien posicionada. Luego me enfoqué en pintarle el cabello como a mi me gusta hacer y dejarla así en blanco y negro. Pese a los inconvenientes me alegró al final de haber terminado este dibujo y de haberme percatado de esos errores anteriores.
I also had to redraw her mouth in the direction the face is pointing, to give the effect that it was well positioned. Then I focused on painting her hair as I like to do and leave her like that in black and white. In spite of the inconveniences, I was glad to have finished this drawing and to have realized those previous mistakes.
