A few of my relatives came to visit us recently. We were having a good time. But as usual, I was worried about what to prepare for the afternoon snack. I run out of flour, my oven was not working properly. Then I thought why don't I make wheat pizza!

I heard about this but this was my first time. I would not give it 100 it of 100 but the dough was not bad and it can work as a great alternative.

So let's see...

Step One

The preparation process is as usual. You have to make the dough with wheat, yeast, sugar, oil, and salt. Leave it for several hours to rise and then go for making the pizza.

I leave the dough for nearly two hours. It came out really soft and raising.

Step Two

I used my hand to spread the dough like a roti over the pan> heat the pan for a few minutes> flip the roti and pocked some holes with a fork to release the air pressure and make the pizza even.

Step Three

Pour pizza sauce> set the toppings and turn on the pan in low heat.

I used chicken, capsicum, mozzarella cheese onion, chili, and oregano.

Step Four

Put the lid on and cook it for 20-30 minutes on low heat.

Step Five

After 20-30 minutes the pizza will be ready. Slice it and serve it!

The color, the crust, the taste everything was great. It cooked well and it was delicious. No one can tell the difference if you don't tell them it's wheat pizza!

So that was it. You can call it an alternative recipe or a fusion, I don't know. But I enjoyed it. I guess that's all really matters!
