So just like I promised, I'm here to tell you how I made the puff-puff in our small chops
So let's get started.
Here are the main ingredients

  • 1cup of flour
  • 1/2 of sugar
  • 2 teaspoon of yeast
  • Warm water
  • A pinch of salt
  • Warm oil
  • A bowl

Others

  • 2 teaspoon of milk flavour
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • A scoop of butter

PROCEDURE

  • Pour the flour into a bowl

Make sure to sieve the flour

  • Add the yeast, salt, sugar, salt, milk flavour, nutmeg and butter(optional)

  • Stair together with your clean hand.
    You need to use your hands for smooth dough.

  • Make a hole in the middle, and add the lukewarm water slowly.
    (Lukewarm water is needed to make the dough rise quickly)

PS. When I say dough I mean the puff-puff

  • Mix the dough well till smooth and make sure not to add too much water.
    Mix thoroughly.

  • Cover it up and allow to rise, make sure you put it in an open area within sun reach.

  • Leave it for about 20mins
    P.s ( if u mixed with cold water, leave for about 35mins)

FRYING

  • Pour a good quantity of oil in a pan and allow to heat
    You can put a slice of onion in the oil just for flavour, it optional

  • Fry each in the oil like a bulb, stair and turn over to prevent it from burning.

  • Fry all to desired brown

Enjoy your puff puff and you can also sprinkle sugar or honey drip to add taste.
