When I stood on the weigh, I realized that I am now heavier than I ever was. No wonder! In the last one year or so, I didn't work out as often as I used to. What's worse, I did not eat very healthily. Day by day, I grew lazier and fatter, with my weight growing constantly.
Now I realize I have to stop this. I really need to lose some weight and return to normal weight again. Otherwise I will be in poorer health and a burden to myself. I never think obesity is something bad until it happens to me. I just don't want the extra fat in my body, which makes me move even slower than before.
So I have decided to exercise more regularly and eat healthier food. This morning I walked on the treadmill for about an hour and I am feeling so better now. It's my goal to lost 10 kg in the next 6 month. I believe with determination and hard work, I can achieve this ambitious goal.
