This is a very strange bird. All birds of this family are sedentary and winter within their range, wandering over short distances in winter. However, in my city there are practically no such birds from summer to spring.
Only in the spring I meet them, when they have a mating season, and their songs are heard. I rarely see them in the summer. In autumn they are also quite rare, but for some reason they are not there in winter.

Although in other regions, I was told and I saw photos and videos, these birds are all year round. Visit feeders.
It is one of the smallest tits, for which in the old days it was called the "small tit".
