And I decided to show the birds of the Emberizidae family that I met.
The little bunting (Emberiza pusilla)
This small bird lives exclusively in places where bushes grow near water bodies. Actually, by the river, I always meet her. Moreover, this bird lives for quite a long time before leaving for the winter. It happened that I met her at the end of October.
The yellowhammer (Emberiza citrinella)
Well, this is the most familiar of the birds of this family. I meet her both in the forests and in the meadows by the river.
The common reed bunting (Emberiza schoeniclus)
These guys I came across very rarely, and mostly females. The male in this photo was caught once. It was on the banks of the river in the thickets.
The pine bunting (Emberiza leucocephalos)
Also quite rare. I met this bird in dense thickets near a coniferous forest. Actually, by her name, this is so clear.
The rustic bunting (Emberiza rustica)
And I meet this species only when they fly past, either from wintering in spring, or for wintering in autumn. By the way, recently this species was included in the Red Book as rare.
The black-faced bunting (Emberiza spodocephala)
This bunting came across to me in a dense forest near a small stream.
