Well, if that's the case, what about the common winter birds? I have compiled a selection of my photos from the birds that I most often see in winter.
Of course, in the forests you can always meet birds consisting of a mixed bird flock, namely:
Great Tit
Nuthatch
Willow Tit
Wonderful cute fluffy balls with a long tail - Long-tailed tits.
And of course, woodpeckers are with them:
Great spotted woodpecker
White-backed woodpecker
Three-toed woodpecker
Lesser spotted woodpecker
But the Black Woodpecker keeps aloof, does not participate in flocks.
It is not often that I meet Eurasian jays. They usually meet alone. And they love to fly around me, to watch what I'm doing.
Of course, in winter it is impossible not to notice the bullfinch. This is a nice red bright spot in the middle of white snow.
Depending on the weather, the fieldfare thrush is occasionally found. If the winter is cold, then they are not there, if it is warm, then they can be seen on the rowan bush.
Siskins are very rare, but still found. I saw them only a couple of times, they were not in their pack.
And they were in a flock of redpoll. Yes, they are close relatives, so it is not surprising that in the middle of a flock of colorful birds with red caps you can see a lone yellow siskin.
And of course, with the advent of winter, they arrive
large flocks of noisy waxwings.
