These birds arrive in mid-May. At this time, the leaves on the trees are just beginning to bloom, so you need to hurry to see this bird, because in the summer, due to the densely growing vegetation, it is incredibly difficult to see it.
I managed to hide in a ravine behind some bushes while I was looking for kingfishers, and suddenly this bird landed on a tree with prey in its beak. By the way, the oriole is one of the few birds (the cuckoo is also one) that eat hairy caterpillars.
