I really love these cuties, they are one of my favorite birds. And many people underestimate their intelligence and know practically nothing about their lives.
I have a small feeder installed on my window, so these birds come to me all year round. In spring, most tits fly away to the forests, but a minority remains to live in the city. Every year in my yard, from a large flock that was in the fall and winter, only one pair, a male and a female, remains.
In the summer, when there are a lot of insects, they rarely come to me, only early in the morning when the weather is still cool. They also sometimes fly in to quickly eat, since they don鈥檛 have time to catch insects; all the time is spent feeding the children. And now, when the current couple has raised their children and sent them out into the open world, they come to me again together. And in the fall, when all the tits fly to the cities, this pair will show them my window where they can get nuts.
