馃 The mallard or wild duck (Anas platyrhynchos)
- Anas (lat.) Duck
- platyrhynchos Greek: platus wide, rhynkhos beak
Sometimes I am very surprised by the behavior of birds. These ducks live in my city on city lakes in the park, you can literally feed them by hand, they are not afraid of people. But these same ducks living in the wild are very shy.
Every year I see these ducks in the flooded meadows. They do not live here, but rather stop to rest and have a snack. As soon as they see me, they immediately soar into the sky and fly away.
Most likely they know that man is death. I have repeatedly found rifle casings in this place, and this place is located near the city and it is unlikely that you can shoot here.
