🦉 The European pied flycatcher (Ficedula hypoleuca)

I always see these birds in the forests at the end of April, as soon as the snow has melted. And this is not surprising, because the birds are quite frost-resistant and unpretentious in food. What I mean is, the weather in my region is inadequate, and in late April and early May it can be very warm, hot, and suddenly change to freezing temperatures with snowstorms. And in order to survive, this bird even eats insects that other insectivorous birds do not eat, such as stink bugs.

These birds have a very interesting coloring, I would even say individual for each one. This applies to males; they can have several gradations of brown color, from light to dark. Females are equally colored and do not have a white spot on their forehead.
