馃 The Eurasian golden oriole (Oriolus oriolus)

This beautiful bird is like a grail for me, like something elusive. The thing is that this is one of the most cautious and cowardly birds, and one of the most beautiful.
I have great difficulty in capturing it on camera. This requires a lot of time and patience. It is easy to lure a bird by sound, but this does not make the situation any easier, because the bird will fly in, but will definitely hide higher in the foliage. Therefore, the most favorable time for photographing and observing them is spring, when there is no dense vegetation on the trees yet
As you can see in these photos, sexual dimorphism is pronounced. Males have bright plumage all over their bodies, while females are white below with small stripes.
