I don’t often see these blue-eyed beauties in my favorite forest, and mostly in mid-autumn. The rest of the year they are not here, most likely they are just passing through. But every time I meet them very far from the city in a coniferous forest.

These corvids are intelligent and very curious. If they see you, they will definitely warn the whole forest about it with their croaking. And they will fly unnoticed to watch you. It’s not for nothing that they are called “guardians of the forest.”
