🦉 The black-faced bunting (Emberiza spodocephala)

This is a rather rare species of these birds in my city. For 6 years I met them only twice. And this habitat is far away, and it is difficult to access, there is a small tributary of the river, bushes that are surrounded by tall trees.

The bird is very shy, and I had to put on a camouflage coat and hide in the bushes to take these photos. As expected, frightened, the bird hid deep in the bushes, and slowly quietly tried to hide away, as all birds of this family do.
