Motacilla lat .: mōto, mōtare move continuously, -cilla tail (cilla like a tail - only in ornithology, erroneous established name)
flava flavus (lat.) yellow, gold, golden yellow

In the city, we are used to seeing the white wagtail, which quickly runs along the sidewalks and actively waves its tail. But on the outskirts of the city, near rivers and in meadows, you can meet this species.

The easiest way to see them is in the spring, before dense foliage and grass have appeared. These birds walk on the ground in search of food and building material for the nest. They are not very afraid of people, they can even get close if you do not make sudden movements.
