🦉 The Siberian stonechat or Asian stonechat (Saxicola maurus)

I like to visit the meadows outside the city, because these birds live there. In the spring, you can watch how the female fusses in search of building materials and actually builds a nest. Meanwhile, the male watches over his territory and warns her of dangers.

In the middle of summer, they already have several youngsters who, like their parents, like to climb higher on a blade of grass or a bush and sit. And already in August, these young birds acquire a different color, and become similar to their parents.
