These birds are among the last to arrive, around the middle of May, so to speak, in the last wave. And they are quite few in my city, and very silent. And in general the bird is modest and inconspicuous. I met them in the old cemetery, mixed and coniferous forests.

It is typical for this bird to sit on a perch for a long time and look out for insects. moreover, the bird sits vertically with its tail down. And as soon as some insect appears on branches or foliage in her field of vision, she flies and grabs it, but then returns back to her perch where she sat before.
