It's funny to see how the behavior of birds can be completely different depending on the habitat. Many people know that seagulls are bandits who steal food from people. In some cities they are common.
But in my city, these are completely wild birds. And they live exclusively on the outskirts of the city where a large river flows. They are not in the city itself, only by the river. They catch fish, shellfish, and maybe occasionally insects.
And when their children grow up, it's very funny to see how many, many seagulls gather together on the islands. From a distance, it looks like styrofoam.
And in the neighboring region, these birds have become just city dwellers! They fly and walk around the city, dig in garbage containers, rob pigeons. And this is so unusual to see for me, accustomed to the fact that these birds are wild.
