🦉 The common starling or European starling (Sturnus vulgaris)
📚 Sturnus lat.: sturnus starling, sturninus speckled, spotted
📚 vulgaris (lat.) well-known, ordinary
For some reason I don't understand, these birds are very rare in my city. And you can meet them most often in the spring. In the summer I very rarely see them, and mostly in the meadows. The photo is from there.
Apparently it was a family with teenagers. There were three of them, they walked along the path in the meadow, and looked for food. Then they flew to another place, where the fishermen arranged for themselves something like a mini garden with onions.
