This small bird arrives from wintering around the end of April or beginning of May. She arrives later than her close relative, the Siberian Chiffchaff.
And upon arrival, the forest is filled with wonderful songs of males. Beautiful songs can even compete with the songs of chaffinches, moreover, they are even somewhat similar.
The bird prefers the lower tier of the forest, and these are various shrubs, thickets, and fallen trees. Actually on the ground near such places, she builds a nest.
