Symbiote Nest Over Queens.

After Harry unleashed the symbiote across New York, I swung into Queens to clear a dangerous symbiote nest housing two hives. Armed with sonic devices, I fought off relentless waves of symbiotes for two minutes, protecting the charges from ranged poison attacks and close-quarters rushers until the nest was destroyed.

Symbiote nests began sprouting all over the map after Harry unleashed chaos across New York City using the symbiote. I noticed one had taken root right near Queens, the home neighborhood of Spider-Man, and marked it as my next objective.

I took to the sky, using Web Wings to glide across the city skyline before switching to web-swinging through the quiet suburban streets of Queens to reach the nest location.

Arriving at the scene, I saw a crowd of curious civilians gathering near the bio-hazard zone while local police officers held them back behind tape. However, the officers stepped aside and let me pass through without hesitation.

Inspecting the core of the nest, I discovered two separate symbiote hives that needed to be destroyed. To neutralize them, I set up specialized sonic devices directly onto the pulsing red biomass.

The moment the sonic devices activated, swarms of angry symbiotes emerged from the goo to destroy the machinery. A two-minute timer started, forcing me to defend both charges simultaneously against a non-stop wave of enemies.

As I engaged the main group, I noticed several brute symbiotes prioritizing the sonic devices, clawing away at their structure. I immediately swung over to knock them back and draw their aggression away from the tech.

The fight quickly became chaotic as I pulled off aerial combos and web-strikes, but no matter how many symbiotes I beat down, more keep spawning out of the surrounding structures.

While keeping the objective destroyers away from the charges, long-range symbiotes started firing toxic projectiles from a distance, chipping away at my health while I was busy in melee combat.

I shifted my focus toward the heavy close-quarters symbiotes, but in the heat of the fight, an aggressive attacker pinned me down, eliminating my remaining health before I could trigger a healing finish.

Refusing to lose again, I restarted the encounter with a much smarter strategy. On this run, I opened up with heavy gadget combos and area-of-effect abilities the second the symbiotes spawned in.

After successfully holding off the horde for the full two minutes across multiple attempts, the sonic charges detonated, completely destroying both hives and clearing the Queens neighborhood of the symbiote threat.
