Los paseos al aire libre nos sirven para hacer ejercicios y fortalecer el cuerpo, nada mejor que dejar a un lado el sedentarismo y sentir que la energía fluye de forma armoniosa. Me fui a la calle Bolívar, cerca de estadio Delfín Marval, por ese camino están dos plazas con un ambiente agradable donde podemos disfrutar en familia de un día diferente. Hay bastante sombra para sentarse y admirar el paisaje.

La primera plaza fue construida en honor a María Manuela de Alcalá y Sánchez de Sucre, esposa de Vicente de Sucre y Urbaneja. De ese vientre fecundo nacieron doce hijos, entre ellos el Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho. En este espacio se encuentra una gran placa en su homenaje y no es para menos siendo una de las formadoras de este héroe independentista.

La otra plaza recibe el nombre "La Chiclana", otro sitio ideal para conversar y pasar un rato ameno, pues está muy bien conservado, sus enormes árboles ofrecen frescura y recrean la vista con sus diversos tonos de verde. Aquí encontramos una bella capilla con una gran cruz, símbolo de la religión católica.

Me gusta hacer este tipo de recorridos, ya que mientras me relajo voy conociendo más a fondo la ciudad. Este suelo lleno de tradiciones, es rico en historia, la cual merece ser difundida y valorada por todos los habitantes del estado Sucre y más allá. De allí que sea vital compartir ese sentido de pertenencia que nos logra conectar con esta tierra y sentirnos parte de ella.

Outdoor walks are great for exercising and strengthening the body, there's nothing like getting away from sedentary lifestyle and feeling energy flow in a harmonious way. I went to Bolívar street, near Delfin Marval stadium, there are two plazas with a pleasant ambience where we can enjoy a different day as a family. There's enough shade to sit and admire the landscape.

The first plaza was built in honor of María Manuela de Alcalá y Sánchez de Sucre, wife of Vicente de Sucre y Urbaneja. From her fertile womb were born twelve children, among them the Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho. In this space there's a big plaque in her honor and it's no wonder, being one of the founders of this independence hero.

The other plaza is called "La Chiclana", another great place to talk and spend some time, it's very well preserved, its huge trees offer freshness and recreate the view with their different shades of green. Here we find a beautiful chapel with a big cross, symbol of the Catholic religion.

I like doing these kinds of tours, because while I relax I get to know the city better. This land full of traditions, is rich in history, which deserves to be spread and valued by all the inhabitants of Sucre state and beyond. That's why it's vital to share that sense of belonging that connects us with this land and makes us feel part of it.
