Hey guys, today we're going to make K-pop Idol Sandwich π
This sandwich got popular since a lot of k-pop idols posted on their SNS two years ago. G-dragon is also known as a big fan of this sandwich. Only the staff, singers could taste this sandwich since the little snack bar inside of one broadcast station. A lot of k-pop fans curious about how this sandwich tastes like. So all the convenience stores and bakeries started to make the same sandwich and started selling them. It's been more than 2 years, however, it's still a famous sandwich.
This is one of my sandwiches as well because I like the texture, and you can make it with simple ingredients.

K-pop Idol Sandwich

Ingredients:
β’ Sandwich bread
β’ Strawberry jam
Ingredients for coleslaw:
β’ 1/8 cabbage (finely sliced)
β’ 1 dill pickle (finely chopped)
β’ 1/4 onion (finely chopped)
β’ 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
β’ 2 Tbsp sugar
β’ 2 Tbsp vinegar
β’ A pinch of salt and pepper
Ingredients for potatoes and eggs salad:
β’ 4 boiled eggs
β’ 2 cooked pill off potatoes
β’ 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
β’ 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
β’ A pinch of salt and pepper
Steps:

Boil 2 potatoes over medium heat for about 25 minutes, and peel. Boil 4 eggs for 8 minutes.

Add cooked potatoes, and boiled eggs into a bowl mash it together. Add 4 Tbsp mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and pepper, 1 Tbsp dijon mustard, and mix together well.
3. Mix sliced cabbage, chopped onion, 1 chopped dill pickle, 4 Tbsp mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp sugar, 2Tbsp vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper mix together well.

Sand in order of bread, potato & egg salad, bread, strawberry jam, bread, cabbage salad, and bread. You can eat it like this or wrap the sandwich tightly and keep it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour. This will make the bread moister because of the sauce.
