Today's illustration is titled:
Magic Sun of Life.
MY MATERIALS.
The materials I used this time were: watercolor, white acrylic, my watercolor brushes, FABRIANO cardboard, and a camera. Panasonic, LUMIX FZ47 brand, Adobe Photoshop digitalization software for digital modifications, and PowerPoint to convert images to JPG format.
STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS.
Dear viewer, curator, and faithful follower of my artistic work, the procedure you will see below is the step-by-step process for creating this beautiful landscape, where the sun is the giver of life and the artist is responsible for its wide range of colors, which is explained as follows.
THE BEGINNING.
The stain is created using the water technique by moistening the surface, so that the following colors expand: blue, ochre, green, as shown in the slides. In addition, with the Chinese bamboo brush and some green watercolor, I was able to begin to give shape to the bushes in the horizon.
The work with the different stains is defined by detailing with the brush, with the intention of giving precise shape and effects to the trees, the water, the mountain.
While I work, I can explain that the details are very important because they generate effects that make the observer capture the leaves of the trees, the water and its movement in its course, the hills, rocks, the lighting, as well as shadows, as well as the physical and natural elements of the place you want to illustrate.
Notice how the elements of the composition have been detailed: the main bushes, the wild forest now in bloom on the riverbank, and on the horizon, the vegetation is also reflected in its waters, and the mountains make their presence felt in the distance.
As I progressed, I incorporated some spots that will enhance the view of a denser mountain range.
The incorporation of details in a wide range of flower colors brings a joyful orange, yellow, and red color to the bushes in the landscape.
Incorporating the magical sun, illuminating absolutely everything, to the point of making the colors of the illustration.
The radiant sun brought more life to the illustration, more color to the mountains, and gave movement to the waters of the long river as they reflected off it. The shadows were projected a little wider and stronger, and the leaves of the bushes became increasingly illuminated, thus showing every detail as an important part of the illustration titled:
Magic sun of life.
