Ingredient
2.2 pounds/1 kilogram boneless chicken (cut into 2" 3D squares)
1/2 container almonds
1 container new coriander clears out
2 huge onions (hacked)
2 tablespoons garlic glue
1 tablespoon ginger glue
Salt to taste
1 lemon (squeezed)
1/2 container yogurt (new, unsweetened and ought not be harsh)
1 to 2 tablespoons spread (or vegetable cooking oil, for flame broiling kababs)
For Marination:
Ginger Garlic glue – 1 tblspn
Green bean stew – 3
Coriander leaves-1/4 glass
Crisp Cream – 2 tblpsn
Cheddar – 1/2 glass ground ( I utilized cheddar 3D shapes)
Curd/Yogurt – 2 tblpsn
Cornflour/Cornstarch – 4 tblpsn
Salt to taste
Technique:
In a bowl combine chicken with salt,pepper and put this aside for 10 min.
In a blender include ginger garlic glue, green chilli,coriander leaves and mix well.
Take cheddar in a bowl and pound it well.
Pour this marinate over it and include all the rest of the fixings given in the marination. Blend well and leave this to marinate overnight.
Expel the chicken a hour prior to making from refrigerator so it comes to room temp. stick the chicken, put it in a thwart lined heating plate.
Preheat the broiler to flame broil mode 250 degree c.
Flame broil this for 8 mins. Presently expel it and flip over, flame broil again for 8 mins.
Presently brush it with some ghee or margarine and serve hot with a sprinkling of talk masala.
