Wedge Salad:
- Purée 1 container every mayo and blue cheddar with 1/2 glass buttermilk, 1 shallot, lemon get-up-and-go, - Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Shower over chunk of ice wedges;
- top with egg mimosa and disintegrated bacon.
