I had only one wish for birthday - a new pan.
Sunday is pancake day and it is a good chance to test it 馃槉
Recipe depends on everybody's preferences - soft or crispy, thin or fluffy.
So, mix together eggs,salt,sugar,flour and milk as you wish and simple and tasty dough is ready to fry.
Add any berries or jam you like or honey and here you go 馃榾
- I added frozen black currants and very sweet condensed milk. Delicious!
