When my works are overloaded, i tend to escape from it for a while. Or longer. Especially if I do everything at home, in my comfort zone.
It happened before when I was working with my thesis. I would make some plans at night for the coming day; what time should I start working, what journals to read, what should I do till what time, when do I have lunch, break, coffee time, if I need something to eat during me working, I would prepare it beforehand. It never work as it was planed. So I went to library and work till midnight.
Now it's just the same. I tried to stay at home as much as possible. So do my work should only be conducted at home too. With loads of work, i always find a way to cook something i am craving. Which normally end up making me tired and stop working 馃槅
This time, my husband was craving for spaghetti bolognese - with instant sauce. Forgive me about this, he insisted to use the sauce while I make another one for myself 馃槢. The instant sauce is too sweet to my taste, so I make my version which is more savory and spicy. Don't ask me the recipe, I'll remember it once I get back to the kitchen.
After lunch, come snacking time. Another reason to cook when you don't have ready snack at home. My choice is cilok, chewy food that I wonder what it taste if I make it myself. As simple as that. I usually enjoy the food by mixing it with ketchup and peanut sauce, but didn't have all of them when I cook this. So, just what I have then :D
