My mum baked these fantastic strawberry jello cheesecake cookies today and I absolutely can't resist them 馃構 Somehow in my head jello in cooking is just such an 80s thing, so I've been shovelling them in my face while watching Stranger Things season 2 because any excuse, right? Also, I'm a little obsessed with how she piped them out so they look like pretty little poinsettias 馃槏 I've persuaded my mum that for the appropriate level of festiveness, she also needs to do green ones, lime flavoured of course! Stay tuned for that next weekend... maybe 馃ぃ
