"The past two weeks have seen some developments towards a direction I had not considered for years. First, it comes by virtue of working out again, but do it as slowly as needed. Yes, that's a non sequitur, but my change in mood might have something to do with the whole deal. Then, comes my first poetry workshop. That was a surprise. However, after ten years of attending my first, going to meeting to talk about poetry and taking part in a literary group group, I think the path was set."
