MARTABAK TOFU

7 small size tofu boxes
2 tbsp stir-fried minced chicken * may be skipped or replaced with sausages etc. *
2 chicken eggs
10 leeks
1 curly chili
1 tsp Salt
1/2 powder broth
1 tsp ebi powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 tbsp flour + 3 tbsp water, mix well
How to:

- Spring rolls give 1.5 tbsp. Fold the envelope shape. Give the glue the flour solution in the fold
