Hi Hiver friends,
Yesterday was a beautiful day here in Caldas. I went out to do some exercise — something I hadn’t done in a long time. I went skating and spent some time trying to practice what I had learned in a few classes.

It really helped me. It was like therapy to see the sun, the mountains, and feel the wind on my face. I felt free — something I don’t always feel within four walls.

The only downside was the sun; it was really strong, and there's only so much of it you can take.

On the way, I bought a delicious mango with lemon and salt. I had been craving it for days, and finally gave in.

Later in the afternoon, as I usually do on Sundays, I went to church. I really liked something they said during the service: even though we have many things to do, we must always make time for God. They shared the story of Mary and Martha — when Martha complained because Mary stopped working to welcome Jesus. The message was clear: sometimes we too must pause and give time to God, even when we feel overwhelmed with responsibilities.

Wishing you a beautiful day — and always do good, no matter who it’s for.
