Dziś spokojniej, bardziej regeneracyjnie. A przy okazji małe przypomnienie, jak szybko wszystko się zmienia. To samo drzewo, ta sama droga, a zaledwie trochę czasu później większość liści jest już na ziemi. Jeszcze chwilę temu pełne złota i pomarańczy, dziś coraz bardziej prześwitujące i przygotowujące się do zimy. Czas płynie nieubłaganie — w treningu, w przyrodzie i zwyczajnie w codziennym życiu. Dobrze czasem zwolnić, spojrzeć drugi raz na to samo miejsce i zauważyć, ile zdążyło się zmienić.

The same tree, the same road, and only a short time later most of the leaves are already on the ground. Not long ago it was full of gold and orange, and now the branches are becoming more and more exposed, slowly getting ready for winter. Time keeps moving relentlessly — in training, in nature and simply in everyday life. Sometimes it is worth slowing down, looking at the same place again and noticing just how much has changed.
