Since I finished the construction 🛠️ of my room, I have felt very comfortable, but I have neglected the repairs in my home a bit and the truth is that my house 🏠 still has many deficiencies that I have to accommodate; This last week I repaired 👨🏼🔧 the water filter that is located in the kitchen of the house and in the process I could see that the lighting in that space is lousy and I decided to make a change to improve the home 😌.
Desde que terminé la construcción 🛠️ de mí habitación me he sentido muy cómodo, pero he descuidado un poco las reparaciones en mí hogar y la verdad es que todavía mí casa 🏠 tiene muchísimas deficiencias que tengo que acomodar; esta ultima semana reparé 👨🏼🔧 el filtro de agua que esta ubicado en la cocina de la casa y en el proceso pude ver que la iluminación en ese espacio es pésimo y decidí hacer un cambio para mejorar el hogar 😌.
In my house we have not had electrical service for more than 18 years, because my father was a very stubborn person and when they came to cut off the electricity for not paying the bill, he always reconnected the electrical flow with improvised fuses made of aluminum foil 🤦🏼♂️; that caused them to take away our electricity meter 😅 and from that moment some relatives who are our neighbors provide us with electricity 🙃. About 5 years ago, the entire electrical installation of my house 🏠 was affected thanks to the fact that the cable pipes were damaged by water leaks in the walls (the construction of my house was made of very poor quality and with the The passage of time has only caused us headaches 🙃).
En mi casa no tenemos servicio eléctrico desde hace mas de 18 años, porque mi papá era una persona muy terca y cuando venían a cortar la electricidad por no pagar la factura, él siempre volvia a conectar el flujo eléctrico con unos fusibles improvisados con papel aluminio 🤦🏼♂️; eso ocasionó que nos quitarán el medidor de electricidad 😅 y desde ese momento unos familiares que son nuestros vecinos nos proporcionan electricidad 🙃. Hace unos 5 años atrás toda la instalación eléctrica de mi casa 🏠, se vió afectada gracias a que las tuberías de los cables se dañaron por las filtraciones de agua en las paredes (la construcción de mi casa fue hecha de muy mala calidad y con el paso del tiempo solo nos a causado dolores de cabeza 🙃).
It was necessary to do a new electrical installation in the house and I had to do everything outside the walls, that's why the cables are exposed; Light bulbs in the kitchen go bad very quickly, the light bulbs these days are of poor quality, but lately we have to buy replacements every two weeks, because the kitchen is left in the dark.
Fue necesario hacer una instalación eléctrica nueva en la casa y todo lo tuve que hacer por fuera de las paredes, por eso los cables estan expuestos; en la cocina se dañan los bombillos muy rapido, los bombillos de ahora son de pésima calidad, pero últimamente tenemos que comprar remplazos cada dos semanas, porque la cocina se queda a oscuras.
More than anything, the light bulbs are damaged, because here the electrical service goes out all the time and when it returns, it wreaks havoc in the houses of Venezuelans 😅; That's why I decided to buy two 12v lamps that come with an internal transformer so that the constant power outage doesn't damage them so easily (well, I say they won't get damaged so easily 😂).
Mas que todo se dañan los bombillos, porque aquí se va el servicio eléctrico a cada rato y cuando vuelve, causa estragos en las casas de los venezolanos 😅; por eso decidí comprar dos lámparas de 12v que traen un transformador interno para que ese constante corte de luz no las dañe con tanta facilidad (bueno digo yo que no se van a dañar tan fácil 😂).
To install these new lamps, I had to drill several holes in the wall where I was going to connect them, which would be the same place where the old light bulbs are; use a drill to make those holes 👨🏼🔧.
Para instalar estas nuevas lamparas tenía que perforar varios agujeros en la pared en donde las iba a conectar, que sería el mismo lugar en donde estan los bombillos viejos; use un taladro para realizar esos orificios 👨🏼🔧.
I disassembled the old light bulbs and then fixed the lamps to the wall with the accessories that come with it. This type of work has always been very easy for me, although I have never studied any of that, let's say that hereditary memory gave me these skills thanks to the fact that my father knew how to do all those repair jobs 🛠️.
Desmonté los bombillos viejos y luego fijé las lámparas a la pared con los accesorios que trae la misma. Siempre se me ha hecho muy facil este tipo de trabajos, aunque jamas he estudiado nada de eso, digamos que la memoria hereditaria me dió estas habilidades gracias a que mí padre si sabía hacer todos esos trabajos de reparaciones 🛠️.
Later I made the electrical connections of the two lamps, of course first cut the electronic flow of the house; I have too much respect for electricity to do things without taking precautions, in the past I have taken strong currents for being careless 😅.
Despues hice las conexiones eléctricas de las dos lámparas, claro primero corte el flujo electrónico de la casa; le tengo demasiado respeto a la electricidad como para hacer las cosas sin tomar precauciones, ya en el pasado me he llevado fuertes corrientazos por descuidado 😅.
I did a good job 😋👍🏼 when I reconnected the electricity everything worked very well 😌 the lighting in the kitchen improved considerably 😁 now I just need to paint those walls so that part of the house doesn't look so neglected 🙃; but this was not just there, because later I decided to use one of those light bulbs that I replaced to place it in another place 😉.
Hice un buen trabajo 😋👍🏼 cuando volvi a conectar la electricidad todo funcionó muy bien 😌 la iluminación de la cocina mejoro considerablemente 😁 ahora solo me falta pintar esas paredes para que no se vea tan descuidada esa parte de la casa 🙃; pero esto no quedo solo allí, porque luego decidí usar uno de esos bombillos que remplace para colocarlo en otro lugar 😉.
In the front of my house where the entrance is, lighting is needed, at night everything is very dark in that area, that's why I preferred to use one of those light bulbs to illuminate the internal part of the entrance of the house 🏠, the installation It was very simple and quick to do; little by little I am going to continue improving the state of my home, I had stopped for a while, but now I am again focused on building a decent home 😌. En el frente de mi casa en donde esta la entrada, hace falta iluminación, en la noche todo queda muy oscuro en esa zona, por eso preferí usar uno de esos bombillos para iluminar la parte interna de la entrada de la casa 🏠, la instalación fue muy sencilla y rápida de realizar; poco a poco voy a seguir mejorando el estado de mí hogar, me había detenido por un tiempo, pero ya estoy nuevamente enfocado en construir un digno hogar 😌.
