When we lived in Japan, we noticed that the Japanese put eggs on a lot of their dishes...even pizza!
I made my spicy rice and chorizo dish the other night, and thought I'd jazz up the leftovers a bit. Here it is with a sunny side up egg on top, which leveled out the spicy heat quite nicely.
