My Actifit Report Card: December 22 2019....... Sunday funday💤😴🍃👌😇☕💞🙌🎼🎶⛅✨
Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. As always glad you stopped by yet again, your time is well appreciated 💯. Being a Sunday it has largely been a restful day.
So no automaticwin this morning just lots of sleeping 💤😴 and relaxing. I finally got up to some yoga like stretching followed by a few minutes of rope skipping. It's been long since I jumped rope.
Next I watched some crypto currency videos and a little of steeming. Outside the day was mostly cloudy with some outbursts of sunshine 🌞. So I decided to take a walk in the neighborhood and get in some outdoor fresh air.
I ended up at the park where I walked around the 🌲 trees before heading back home.
At home I got on with the remainder of the chores, mostly laundry and ironing. Then I watched some comedy shows on YouTube 😂😹. Mostly stand up comedy from some local comedians.
As the evening approached I brewed myself some fantastic fresh tea that I had with sweet potatoes.
By this time it was all cloudy outside and it looked like it would rain but that didn't stop me from taking my usual sunset ⛅ walk. The very last and most relaxing walk of the day.
I grabbed my umbrella and a ziploc for my phone then headed out. I walked around the neighborhood and then to the main highway before heading back home and calling it a day. Happy to report that it didn't rain🌂. But currently I can hear something like a slight drizzle going on outside.
