Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Thursday report 😊. So glad you stopped by and you know the drill, it's time to break down my activities of the day in terms of fitness.
It was yet another early start for me, am on a roll with these automaticwins 🙌. As soon as the alarm went off I was out of the door. Walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. Today was slightly chilly but the faster I walked the warmer I got.
Being a working day I had to rush 💨 back home to get ready. As always it didn't take long and I was rearing to go. I collected more steps as I walked down to the highway headed to the bus stop.
It wasn't long before the bus arrived and I made it to the office right on time.
Then I was in the normal work routine, handling yesterday's pending issues and continuing with the daily duties.
Come lunchtime I got out for a stretch and that daily short walk around the block. There was some good sunshine 🌞 and fresh air 🍃.
After that short break I was back at the office. I worked continuously and when time was up I concluded and headed back home.
At home I rested and relaxed for some time before having tea and a little bit of snacks. I did some steeming then embarked on the sunset ⛅ walk. This time around the neighborhood ending up at the park. It was mostly cloudy so I couldn't see the sunset 😱.
I came back home, did a few pushups and then took a shower. Later I had my dinner and now getting this report together 💯
