I have eaten some amazing food in my life but the simplicity of the combined flavors of this dish has to be one of my all time favorites.
A baked potato topped with chili and cheese,
Add some onion, tomato, sour cream, salsa, black olives,
don't forget the bacon, jalapenos,
and what I think makes it is the pepperoncini.
Yeah, there is really a potato under there and it is soooooooooo good.
