It's a canister of pre-workout formula.
I bought a canister of Evlution Nutrition's ENGN Shred. Hopefully it'll help with my sluggishness in the gym. I ran out of the FREE sample of Mr Hyde from ProSupps. This 30 servings supply should last me a few months as I only go to the gym once a week. Because I go to the only once a week, I need to maximize my workout as much as possible.
