Where the desire comes from, to sit and breath in an ice bath, I don鈥檛 know.
But where this desire comes from intrigues me. Because it is not easy being in the cold ... it hurts! Yet, when I soften into it~ I feel reality bend in a way that introduces me to new possibilities.
And wherever this desire is born from, to stretch what I thought was possible, I am in awe of and bow to it humbly.
Yesterday鈥檚 #wimhofmethod Workshop helped me peel back another layer of doubt & fear and help me see a new light of potential and possibility. 馃専馃挮
