I actually do have lots of misunderstandings from people about things I do and why I do them, but I think the craziest or mostly mentioned is about my facial expressionš .
People say theyāre confused when they look at me, they find it hard to tell wether Iām happy or sad, my facial expression is always unpredictable and makes them scared to approachš .
Iāve tried all I can correcting this impression, but thereās nothing more to do so I let them do their judgments and take it whichever way they chose.
Now, this has saved me from a lot of unnecessary scenes and has as well made me miss some opportunities too.
I had an encounter with a friend sometime, he said āPrior to this day, I had bought you a present, but when I got to where you stood, I quickly read the expression on your face and it wasnāt a good one. I was scared if you were having a bad day or you just needed your time so I decided to keep my gift to myself to avoid rejectionš
ā.
I thought, is it that bad that one canāt even approach me with a āgiftā because I probably wasnāt smiling at the time. that and few other times when I got to miss some little moments because of my āunpredictable moodā.

It actually get to me though but seems nothing changes. In as much as I do not want to scare people away from me, I as well can not just put up a smile when thereās no reason to do so, I guess how I feel inside me is just automatically seen no matter how I try not to express it.
I understand this isnāt a very good one, so Please Iām open to tips on how to keep an approachable face from anyone here, maybe thatāll help me get betterš.
