All these vegetables were freshly gotten from the farm and are very beneficial to the health. One can spot a kitchen knife and a wood chopper also lying inside the tray where the vegetable is.

I had noticed most people eat their okra raw or most times, cook it long as seen in the photo, anyways people enjoy their stuffs differently. But I do not think I will enjoy eating okra raw or cooking it as long as it is, even though I haven't tried it yet. I believe every way of eating okra is beautiful, special and enjoyable to the person eating it.

In my locality, we chop our okra into tiny pieces using a kitchen knife. One might choose to also blend the okra using a blender and that is if you have a blender. So, after chopping my okra, I went ahead to chop my onions into tiny bits and chopped my pumpkin leafs and ndise leaf into tiny bits too.

I used this to prepare a very little soup. I added some seasoning cubes, palm oil, crayfish, fresh pepper, and smoked fish and the soup came out well. I could not take photos of my step by step preparation process because I do not have enough space in my phone. I also could not take photo of the soup yesterday because after preparing it, I was just too tired and felt sleepy.

So, it was after warming the soup on fire this morning, that I had to take the photo of how I ate it. Although the soup might not be looking fresh because it has been put on heat severally, so there is the tendency for the soup not to be fresh anymore. But this did not change the fact that the soup still remained very delicious.

As usual, we always pair our soup, with rice or swallow (eba, fufu, or pounded yam) so I paired mine with eba also known as garri, made from cassava.

Photo is mine and was taken with my Infinix smart 5 phone camera.
