Spinning Positions + Tips

Hello Hivers and my dear Full Deportes community.
Today I want to share with you the Spinning positions for you to build your own routines.

Position 1:

With hands in the center of the flywheel, elbows semi-flexed, back straight. This position can work moderate and high intensities.

Position 2:

With hands wider apart and arms extended with back straight. This position is to work at a gentle intensity, it is for recovery.

Position 3:

Leaning hands and forearms on the handlebars, back straight. This position is for pedaling at high revolutions, with moderate intensities..

Position 4:

Supporting our hands on the outermost points of the handlebars, and standing upright, we pedal at moderate and high intensities. This position is for climbing.

Tips:

- When pedaling, do not open your knees too much, they must be aligned: ankle - knee - hip.
- When pedaling, do not place your feet on the toes, the foot should be parallel to the ground..
- When pedaling, do not bounce on the saddle, increase the resistance of the bicycle and you will stop bouncing..
- When pedaling, do not separate your elbows, they are bent downwards, not to the sides. This will avoid putting weight on your wrists..

I hope these positions will encourage you to create your own routines, adjusting them to your rhythm and objectives..

See you in the next video.
