Good morning Hivers, a very special greeting to my dear fulldeportes@fulldeportes community.

Physical preparation: muscular and articular, it is not a warm-up.

This is my physical preparation before warming up and doing exercises. This is the one I practice.

You can take it as a reference and modify it according to your objectives.

First I do stretches starting with the upper body, with the neck, then shoulders, chest, arms, waist, legs, and calves.

These are brief postures that I hold for approximately 10 seconds.

You can add more time if you wish. I insist, on this: "It is not a warm-up".

In my case, I do the exercises in the morning, get up, come from the rest and inactivity of the night, and go to the activity, then I perform this routine, no matter which part of the body or muscle group I work that day.

Then, we are going to start again at the top, and in the video, you can see how we will perform movements, consistent with few repetitions, I do 5.

And they are performed without excessive force, and much speed. Remember that we are conditioning the joints.

Preparing the muscular and articular body will give you flexibility and ease in the execution of your exercises. In addition, it will allow better use of the exercise, facilitating recovery.

If you are going to exercise, injury prevention is a priority, and this conditioning will prevent injuries.

So that's 12 minutes of pure gain. If you repeat them at the end of your workout, that's 24 minutes in total. Very little time for so many benefits you will receive.

They are well worth doing. Thanks for watching. See you in the next video.

This video was recorded with my POCO X3 phone.
