It's Saturday night, January 27, and I'm just recovering from a sleep schedule disorder. It's not a big deal, but at my current age, spending almost 40 hours awake is not a very good thing. Anyway, my day today was slow, my mind was not good, and this afternoon I slept a little, and I'm still slow.
Anyway, there isn't much more to tell about my #life, so I'd better comment very briefly on a celebration today, even though I couldn't find out the #History behind this day of celebrating this #dessert. It's 'World Chocolate Cake Day'.

Estamos en la noche del sábado, 27 de enero, y estoy apenas recuperándome de un desorden de horarios de sueño. No es gran cosa, pero con la edad actual, no es algo muy bueno eso de pasar casi 40 horas despierto. En fin, mi día de hoy fue lento, mi mente no estaba bien, y en la tarde de hoy es que dormí un poco y aún estoy lento.
En fin, que no hay mucho más que contar de mi #vida, así que mejor pasaré a comentar muy brevemente sobre una celebración de hoy, a pesar de que no logré averiguar bien la #Historia tras este día de celebración de este #postre. Es el ‘Día Mundial del Pastel de Chocolate’.

I love #chocolate, that's quite common actually. Since I was a child, I loved #chocolatecake. I seem to remember reading a while ago that chocolate #cake is among the three most popular flavors in cakes and ice cream. I don't know exactly when this celebration began today, but it makes me want to have the ingredients in my #kitchen to make one of these desserts.

Me encanta el #chocolate, eso es algo bastante común en realidad. Desde niño, me encantaba el #pastel de chocolate. Creo recordar que leí hace un tiempo que la tarta de chocolate está entre los tres sabores más populares en pasteles y helados. No sé bien en qué momento se dio inicio a esta celebración de hoy, pero me hace tener ganas de tener en mi #cocina los ingredientes para hacerme uno de estos postres.
