It's ending on Tuesday. My brother caught a bad cold, now we are both sick, and we feel pretty bad, well, I'm better than a few days ago, and I really hope my brother doesn't have as bad a time as I was a few days ago. Our electrical service failed intermittently during the day, but it is normal in our current Venezuela, when the electricity returned, I ran to cook, since I am better than my brother and I had to cook something, even to eat without having an appetite for discomfort.

In short, the disaster we have with the production of oil and its derivatives is a subject that is even studied in various universities around the world to indicate what should not be done if one wants to have a successful country.

Está terminando el martes. Mi hermano agarró un fuerte resfriado, ahora ambos estamos enfermos y nos sentimos bastante mal, bueno, yo estoy mejor que hace unos días, y de verdad deseo que mi hermano no lo pase tan mal como yo estaba unos días atrás. Nuestro servicio eléctrico fallo de manera intermitente durante el día, pero es algo normal en nuestra #Venezuela actual, cuando la electricidad regresó, corrí para cocinar, ya que estoy mejor que mi hermano y había que cocinar alguna cosa, incluso para comer sin tener apetito por el malestar.

At times, I wonder what #History books will say about this historical period in future decades, but it's not something that worries me much, actually, after all, I don't expect to see it, and it doesn't affect me much. Por momentos me pregunto qué dirán de este período histórico los libros de #Historia en las décadas futuras, pero no es algo que me preocupe mucho, en realidad, a fin de cuentas, no espero llegar a verlo y no me afecta en mucho. Mejor pasemos a comentar cosas más alegres, o por lo menos más interesantes. Entre las efemérides del día, tenemos uno que está referido a un juguete que inicialmente era un #arma de cacería, aunque en realidad yo me sorprendí mucho cuando era niño y me comentaba mi hermano que eso era un arma, hoy es el Día del Yo-yo.

Personally, as a child, I played a lot with a yoyo, although I never got to have the great skills for its acrobatic handling, which I came to see in competitions on television in the 80s, a time when that toy was still very popular and the Duncan company had achieved a contract with the people of Coca-Cola, and they used that brand of soda in combination with the toy. Currently, I think I must still have an old yoyo stored somewhere, a matter of memories. En lo personal, de niño, jugué bastante con un yoyo, aunque nunca llegué a tener las grandes destrezas para su manejo acrobático, que llegué a ver en las competencias en televisión en los años 80, época en que aún era muy popular ese juguete y la empresa Duncan había logrado un contrato con la gente de Coca-Cola y usaban esa marca de refresco en combinación con el juguete. En la actualidad, creo que debo aún tener guardado en algún lugar un viejo yoyo, cuestión de recuerdos. En fin, veo que se me ha pasado el tiempo y debo publicar ya, me despido deseándote que tú estés bien y que nos podamos leer de nuevo en otra oportunidad.
