Greetings, everyone!

I'm so thrilled with the topic of the week, and it's important to engage young creatives in community service, which will teach them how to help people, how to take responsibility, and how to show kindness and contribute positively to the community and other places. They will see the need to help others when they are in an ugly situation. There are students in secondary school whose parents are so rich that they do not know the importance of helping others or showing kindness to one another. They know themselves, their siblings only, and they continue to make their money all for themselves.

I vehemently believe that if the school management engaged these students with community service, like visiting the orphanage home, hospitals, helping the community members to clear the street, involving them in practical steps on how to build a life, and helping others become better versions of themselves, is instilling value and teach them selflessness. Planting unforgettable seeds in the lives of the people and themselves too. Sowing a seed that will generate its own generation, laying a legacy that can't be forgotten by the individuals and the entire community.

However, I don't think students should lose their right to graduate because of community service. It can be made compulsory for secondary students to perform it but their graduation should not be forfeited because of that. Some students might encounter challenges like sickness, health issues that would obstruct them from taking part, but then, the school management should provide an alternative for such students and make them understand the need and importance of participating in community service.

Therefore, the school management should incorporate this system or practice into the school curriculum activities for senior students. They should know this is the norm in the school, and it should be done before their graduation, and they should do it with excitement and joy so that the blessings of God and men will follow them.

This activity will be so beautiful and enticing if done by these young minds. They will tend to learn a lot from this practice and their eyes and mind will be open to learn kindness to one another and how to give unconditionally or unselfishly. Some students learn faster by practical steps or firsthand experiences and they grow with it and establish its grounding.
