We found ourselves in a part of the world whereby once something is done for the first time it continues like that and becomes a routine.
Meanwhile people have done good things like donations or community services out of their minds willingly and never a must.
At a time after initiating a free Will something for communities, some communities now see it as a means , and avenue to task people, they convert it to a must do in other words putting people under the pressure of doing something before leaving the place .
This has caused a lot of issues in some places like schools and graduating students whereby you will see a set or a group will buy something for the school when graduating from school willingly maybe in order to help younger ones in the school but instead of the school seeing it as a freewill something, they will not instead they will convert it into a routine for graduating students making it a must do between the classes. i have even seen a school where the formators were asking their class representative what they would do for the school before their graduation, here there was a problem between the school and the entire class because they refused to give anything because their school collected a lot of money from them in the name of sendfoth/ graduation fees . So it led to a point where students now involved their parents and parents decided on their own after some brief meetings organised by them , it was not really an easy thing because it led to a very serious problem between school and their students both the graduating ones and the ones that are still there .
These things are willingly unless it is a requirement that is in the school prospectus,that one you will know is a requirement and a must requirement and not a willing thing and because of that the community will deny the person his or her graduation.
Things should be organised and also done in a modernized way and not in a way that will keep some into frustration thereby be a hindrance to ones future plans.
Community service is never a bad thing , it is also a way in which students helps the community in their own ways but it's should not be a must that should hinder students from graduating . These is totally different from teaching students on how to be selfless their are many ways to do that and not Subjecting so one to a must community service.
Serve the community in a way you can it should not hinder graduation. In some cases it is even the community that have to help the students so they know how to fit into the society after graduation yes because during those times of studies some don't know what life is all about the thing they only know is life of a student and never life in the society because these two are totally different so the community itself should organise something for them like seminars that will really teach them how to be selfless.
