Hello friend Steemit, happy Sunday today I take advantage of our rest day to share with you the recipe of some delicious brownies perfect for a snack with your family or special people.
For its preparation we need the following ingredients:
- 100gr of butter.
- 2 eggs
- 130gr of chocolate in bar.
- 130gr of flour.
- 200gr of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
- 1 vanilla
Utensils:
- Bowl.
- Palette.
- Small pot
- Plato glass.
Steps for its preparation.
1-. In the small pot we slowly melt the 100gr of butter along with the 130gr of chocolate bar, mix slowly to avoid sticking until it is all dissolved without lumps.
2-. Remove from heat, add sugar and mix until dissolved.
3-.Then we add the eggs separately, mix until they are totally included.
4-. Add the oven powder and vanilla, mix.
5-. And finally, add the flour in three parts until it is completely homogenous. (You can incorporate along with the flour any dried fruit, almonds peanuts or whatever you prefer).
6-.Pour into a platter evenly and bring to the oven for 30 minutes.
When it's ready, cool down so it can be cut.
You can easily share it with 10 to 12 people.
