„Let me help you help me“
That is the best way to describe what I would like to offer to the STEEMIT community. I didn’t want to write useless blogs, but maybe I can use my profession to help everyone and as thanks if you appreciate to support, give my blog a like :D.
Right, that being said. I know there are a lot of guys out there that would like to get in shape, but have no idea how or where to start. Maybe you have been working out for ages and are not getting results.
I do have a click funnel, coaching page and site, but because I see a massive future with STEEM and because I love trading just as much as lifting, I want to offer my service for free and answer all your questions. Of course if you are happy, please leave a like for me 😊.
If you are out of questions, maybe I can help by listing a couple of common questions (See below) and if you contact me at [email protected] with the subject “Free Top 5 mistakes E-book” I will gladly send you my mini E-book on why you are not building at all.
I’m not gonna start japing that I know everything, but my thirst for knowledge has brought me to a point that Im pretty sure I can help you guys out.
Time to get shredded and make gains.
Thank you very much

Q: I have been eating healthy and a lot and still can’t build muscle?
A: Believe it or not. I have gotten this question 1000s of times and every single time, not once did the people eat enough. That what you think is a lot, isn’t enough to support your energy demands and requirements to build new muscle mass. A very basic rule of thumb is multiply bodyweight in kilograms x 24 x Activity level (see below) and add an extra 500 calories on top of that.
Activity level
Office worker : 1,5
Salesmen/Waiters: 1,6
Construction worker: 1,8
Example.
Gorden Freeman is 80 kg, works in a office and needs around 3380 calories to build muscle
(80 x 24) x 1,5 + 500 =3380
Mario is a plumber is 90kg and cleans pipes for a living. He will need 4388 calories per day.
(90 x 24) x 1,8 + 500 = 4388
Q: What calories or foods do I need. What is protein?
A: Protein: Eggs, Meats such as Poultry, Beef, Pork or Fish. Milk Produkts such as Cottage Cheese, Mozzarella, Low Fat Cheeses, Low fat Yogurt, Quark. Plant Sources such as Tofu, Beans, Lentils.
Carbohydrates such as Potatoes, Yams, Rice, Quinoa, Bulgur, Oats, Rice Cakes.
Fats such as Avocados, Nuts, Olive Oil, Coconut oil, Linseed Oil, Eggs, Seeds, Fatty Fish
Q: How many calories do I need to burn fat.
A: Simply use my equation in the first question and instead of adding 500 calories, reduce 500 calories. For example:
Gorden Freeman is 80 kg, works in a office and needs around 3380 calories to build muscle
(80 x 24) x 1,5 - 500 =2380
Mario is a plumber is 90kg and cleans pipes for a living. He will need 4388 calories per day.
(90 x 24) x 1,8 5 500 = 3388
Q: Do I need to eat every 3 hours?
A: No that is absolutely BS. As long as you get in enough Calories in per day. You are on the right track. Try to take in most if not all of your carbohydrates around your workout and the rest of the day Proteins and Fats.
Q: Are supplements fake or dangerous?
A: No, there is a lot of BS out there, but a good company has to get there sources from somewhere. Whey is originally from Milk, Soy Protein form Soy Beans, Egg from Egg ext.
Q: What Supplements do you recommend.
A: Protein, Vitamine Minaeral Product, Omega 3, Creatine, BCAAs. High quality Weight Gainers, Pre Workout Boosters & Fatburners. (Warning a lot of crap and illegal stuff out there. Check the facts)
